The projected delegate count has changed from June. The President is up from 221 to 265 but in August he was at 240 and Romney’s delegate count was increased from 170 to 191 but hasn’t moved since August. The winner requires 271 delegates.

According the Justice Department, banks continue to engage in discriminatory lending practices. Over $568 million dollars has been paid to resolve such allegations in recent years. However, the Justice Department did not take any cases to trial.
